The TTSFSC was Singapore's first ever inter-school finance conference, featuring almost 100 attendees from 10 schools across Singapore! CEO of OCSO Asia and industry expert Dr Darian McBain gave the keynote lecture on the Blue Economy and the pivotal role of oceans in the world of economics. Students then participated in various activities, including a debate - in which they explored cryptocurrencies and sustainable business practices while developing their ability to evidence and articulate their thoughts and build a case; a case study exploring either the explosive FTX crash of 2022 or Amazon's carbon neutrality goal, which encouraged students to think innovatively and to solve real-world problems; and a 100-question finance and economics quiz that covered a range of diverse topics from economic history, financial terminology to relationships and cycles in the world of economics. Over 30 students received awards for their efforts and contributions!
